    Mrs. Bonnie Lewis, age 67, of Oden, AR, passed away November 15, 2016 at CHI St. Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs, AR. She was born March 31, 1949.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl C. and Opal Daniell.

    Survivors include: Husband: Kenneth Lewis, Daughters: Faith Setzer and Charity Cox. Grandchildren: Ethan Hansford, Elliot Hansford, Madison Setzer and Rory Setzer.

    Mrs. Lewis was sent for cremation. Arrangement made under the direction of Thornton Funeral Home, Mt. Ida. Guest register at www.thorntonfh.com.

    Bonnie was that rare individual who was always pleasant, always positive. She had so much devotion to the wellbeing of her patients. She was an inspiration to me and a roll model for true caring. I will miss our kind, sweet, gentle Bon Bon
